Inspired by the Sailboat Metaphor–a “halyard” is the main rope used to hoist the sail of a sailboat–our name symbolizes the figurative act of “raising sails” in pursuit of personal, organizational, and community growth.  We integrate research insights from applied social sciences into experience design for products and services that equip people to "choose growth" make greater contributions to the growth of others. Our mission is to ignite and fuel movements that foster widespread individual flourishing and collective wellbeing.
